How long does production take?
Most short-form videos ship in 4–8 weeks. Whiteboard videos are usually faster than Premium. Each stage requires your sign-off, so revision speed influences total turnaround.
How many revisions are included?
Two revisions at every stage — script, storyboard, voiceover, and animation — for Whiteboard and Explainer. Premium includes four. Additional revisions can be added at any time for a small fee.
What if I need a longer video?
Pricing scales linearly per 30 seconds — Whiteboard $698, Explainer $1,198, Premium $1,998 per 30s block. Pick any length from 30 seconds to 5 minutes on the package card and checkout receives the right quantity automatically. Standard delivery is 4–8 weeks for videos up to 2 minutes; longer videos run on a custom timeline (about 12 weeks for premium 5-min films). Pick "Longer than 5 min" and we'll send a tailored quote within one business day.
Do you produce videos in other languages?
Yes — we support 30+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic. Get in touch for multilingual pricing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal — and via PayPal Guest Checkout, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) without needing a PayPal account. Same options at every price tier — no minimum order, no bank-transfer or SEPA paperwork. PayPal sends a payment receipt automatically; formal invoices on letterhead are available on request.
Do I own the final video?
Yes — full commercial usage rights are transferred to you on final payment. Editable source files are included on Premium or when listed in the SOW.
What's your refund policy?
100% refund before script work begins. Once production starts the engagement is non-refundable, but we'll keep iterating within the agreed revision count and (at our discretion) provide up to two extra free revisions if you're not fully satisfied at any stage.
